Duthoo NV collects, records and processes personal data of customers and users of our services provided, for example, through our franchisees. Rights of the person concerned

If you wish to consult, modify, transfer, limit or delete your data, you may send an e-mail free of charge, provided that you provide proof by means of a copy of your identity card, to the e-mail address marketing@duthoo.eu. Through this means and in the same way, you can also object to the processing of personal data or when you wish to terminate the communication. The data will be modified or deleted as far as possible and as technical possibilities allow. Your request will be processed as soon as possible and within the prescribed time limits. Your request will be fulfilled as much as possible, except if this proves impossible due to the interest of the company or a legal obligation.

If there is a data breach that threatens to violate your rights and your protection of personal data and thus constitutes a high risk, the supervisory authority will be notified and you as a data subject will be informed in accordance with the Regulation.

Duthoo NV takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to counter abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. Regarding minors

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect information about website visitors who are under 16 years of age unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify whether a website visitor is older than 16. Therefore, we encourage parents to be involved in their children's online activities in order to avoid collecting information about children without parental consent.
